I'm glad to have tried this spot after having a bust trying to have brunch somewhere else with lack of service. We chose this spot since it was close by and was starving at this point. The second we walked through the entrance we were greeted and handed menus. They told us to take our time. This restaurant is now fast dining. You place your order and pay first, they hand you a number and you find a seat with it. They will bring your food to your table. Servers checked on our table a couple of times while we ate as well. Spinach & Cheese Empanada - my favorite out of the 3 options they offer. Spinach is chopped well and it blended with the cheese seamlessly. Pollo Empanada (Chicken)- sauce they used was quite creamy. Couldn't put my finger on what seasoning was used but it wasn't bad. Beef Empanada - good, well seasoned but it tasted almost like a hamburger. Aji de Gallina -same chicken that is used in their chicken empanada underneath there were about 4 or 5 potato slices. Chicken wasn't really seasoned, wasn't dry but wasn't juicy. Flavor came from the sauce. Sauce was creamy but bland it wasn't my favorite but wasn't bad. Lomo Saltado - seasoned well, everything blended well. Beef was juicy and tender. Just a tad too salty in my opinion.

Misky Misky Cocina Peruana is exceptional. The interior is very clean; the staff is helpful and welcoming; and the food portions are huge and delicious! YUM! I ordered the Linguine de Camarones en Salsa de Rocoto (aka: Shrimp Pasta) for $21. DELICIOUS!! It's long, freshly-cooked pasta noodles covered in creamy, cheesy, savory sauce adorned with many large, tender shrimps. This dish is not spicy; rather, it gives a welcomed, gentle heat. This dish is served on a humongous platter, and it kept me full for the entire day. I arrived during lunch, so I received a complimentary soup. The ingredients all tasted very fresh and bright. Tasty! In addition, the service is superb! The food arrived in seven minutes. Fast! The friendly, helpful staff member (Marlene) is quick and efficient. Marlene kindly explained the dish options and menu. The ambiance is welcoming. Latin music echoed from the speakers. I arrived on a weekday (11:20AM) and customers continued to pour in. The interior is well-ventilated and very clean. The temperature was cozy, and I felt welcomed with the festive atmosphere. [Quick Note: Customers order and pay at the counter as they enter. Then, customers sit down with a provided number. Staff will bring the food to you. Also, parking is convenient since the parking lot is very large.] Overall, Misky Misky Cocina Peruana is absolutely a hidden gem! The Linguine de Camarones en Salsa de Rocoto is absolutely delicious and satisfying. I happily recommend.

I haven't tried too many Peruvian restaurants - this might have been my 5th ever but I LOVED this place! Food was so good. Ordered at the counter and paid and got a number. Staff were pretty nice. Casual ambiance with a lot of seating. We ordered the pesto pasta with steak (my fave and I liked it more than Italian pesto), a shrimp linguine that was not bad, ceviche mixto, and lomo saltado. The lomo saltado was great and I enjoyed the freshness of the ceviche mixto - also lots of various toppings. Would definitely return next time I'm in the area visiting again!

Came to have lunch with my family. It's a little different... you pick your food/drink, place your order and then pay. They give you a number and will bring your food to your table. Lots of seating available and a nice patio outside. We had the salmon, a few pasta dishes (1 with shrimp) and a steak dish. Everything was delicious! The food was very good but a bit pricey. We will definitely be back!

This is one of the highly rated Peruvian restaurants located near me and my friends and I decided to give her a try! We ordered WAAAY too much for 5 people LOLLL we brought home saur much leftovers. My favorite dish was the lomo saltado (yes I'm basic HAH) and second favorite had to be the Tallarin saltado de carne. I almost feel like if we ordered less, I would've enjoyed everything else more :') The ordering style is diff from most restaurants -- you order beforehand and pay before you get the food. I'd definitely come back and order waaay less xD Def give this place a try if ya want authentic Peruvian foodies ;)

After eating here the first time, I came two more times within the same week! Ceviche Mixto fish of the day, shrimp, mussels, scallops & squid with red onions, aji limo & cilantro   So fresh and so good! The favorite is the fish. Lomo Empanada tender juicy seasoned wok-fried rib eye meat cooked with aji amarillo, tomatoes, red onions stuffed inside a delicious empanada. Beef was nice and juicy! Aji de Gallina Empanada Shredded chicken drenched with a creamy aji amarillo cream sauce made with milk & parmesan cheese stuffed inside a delicious empanada. Still good, but preferred the beef. Chupe de Camarones creamy shrimp corn chowder with potatoes, rice & kabocha, topped with a poached egg & garnished with a slice of fresh cheese They give A LOT of seafood! Creamy and corny! I like. Tallarin Verde con Salmon Peruvian pesto linguine topped with a tender grilled salmon  The salmon is good, but the pasta is lackluster. Lomo Saltado tender juicy seasoned wok-fried filet mignon cooked with aji amarillo, tomatoes, red onions, & french fries, served with seasoned white rice    BEST thing we got. Always satisfying! Don't forget the green sauce! Linguine a la Huancaina c/Lomo Linguine mixed with huancaina base topped with our delicious lomo saltado    Creamy tasty noodles with lomo! If you want noodles instead of rice, get this! Arroz con Pollo Peruvian "green" rice made with cilantro and chicha de jora, accompanied by peas & carrot, served with chicken & huancaina sauce on the side Kinda bland, would probably skip this. Arroz con Mariscos rice cooked in a seafood base of scallops, squid, mussels, & shrimp, simmered in Peruvian dark beer & white wine, topped with salsa criolla   This one was better than the pollo, but still bottom of my list. Chicha Morada traditional Peruvian drink made from purple corn, pineapple, apples, and spices I love the different spices! What a unique drink. Maracuya Peruvian passion fruit drink  SO good! Love this drink! Can't wait to tell all my friends about this place!

We came here on a Sunday afternoon with a group of friends. This was my second time trying Peruvian food. We ordered so many food to try and I must say, these foods were very delicious! We had a lot of mini bites of different dishes and I was so full! We tried the Inca Cola, which is a green soda - pretty refreshing on a hot summer day. I've had tried a lomo saltado before, and it was delicious then as it was delicious here at Misky Misky. I really enjoyed all the food pictured and even the ones I missed taking pictures of because well, we were too busy eating and enjoying the plates. The ceviche was refreshing, who doesnt love fried calamari?, and steak with rice, fries, potatoes, and delicious sauces. I'd definitely try this place again if I'm in the area. The restaurant is in its own plaza and has plenty of parking spots. You place your order as you walk in. There's a bench for you to sit while you go over the menu and when you're ready, just go up on the cashier, place your order and then find a table. The staff will deliver all the food, utensils, and drinks. The ambiance is casual and staff are really accommodating and helpful.
